Crary Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Intern to join our team. This role is based in the West Fargo location.
This position is intended to provide real work job experience for an ambitious Sophomore or Junior college student that is actively pursuing an engineering degree, by assisting manufacturing engineers on implementing key projects to improve the assembly process. The position objective includes creating instructions for the manufacturing operations which will be used by production employees on the manufacturing floor. This will be a full-time position during the summer (beginning on or about May 19th, 2025) with the opportunity for continued part-time work during the school year.
Key Activities/Responsibilities:
Work with Manufacturing Engineers and production employees to create instructions for building agricultural products using Creo 3D software.
Create lift instruction for manufacturing operations.
Create work instructions for manufacturing operations.
Help improve quality through better work instructions.

Must be pursuing a degree in Engineering or in a technical field.
Must possess good interpersonal skills.
Must have the ability to solve problems and communicate effectively, as well as knowledge in manufacturing processes, engineering theories, and mathematical concepts is also required.
Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with Creo software a plus.
