As a key part of our marketing and communications team, you’ll design a variety of print and digital materials while keeping our look sharp, professional, and on-brand. The Graphic Designer reports to the Marketing Manager and is responsible for supporting the marketing and sales teams in each of Crary Industries, Inc. brands through leading-edge graphic design. Also required to assist in managing projects across multiple levels of personnel.

Objective: To assist the marketing department in producing the highest-quality marketing materials and brand messaging across all mediums including but not limited to, web, print, social media, product catalogs, promotional videos, etc. This position will serve a key role in the direction of all design aspects, helping the company achieve effective promotion of all Crary Industries, Inc. brands.

Experience:  Desired individual should have 3+ years of graphic design experience in a similar role. Exceptional written, organizational and verbal communication skills are also required. Proficient in all Adobe applications is a must. Video editing experience and interest is a plus but not required.

Education: Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience is required. Diverse computer skills are necessary.

Responsibilities: Managing a broad array of projects and deadlines across three different brands within Crary Industries. Thriving in a fast-paced environment requires top end organizational skills and the desire to exceed. This fun and exciting position combines all aspects of graphic design and brand messaging. Expressing your graphic ability around our high-quality products will be rewarding and provide incredible experience in all aspects of Marketing. Including but not limited to: e-blasts (HTML), direct mail, advertisements, website materials, promotional catalogs and sell-sheets, signage, premium items, social media.

OTHER:  Within the ability and interest of the individual, successful candidate will be asked to contribute to other marketing or sales needs as they may arise.
